While San Pedro cacti are especially hardy, we offer the Winter Shipping Upgrade for those who want extra peace of mind during transit in cold weather. This upgrade includes a heat pack and a priority shipping upgrade helping to protect your cactus when temperatures drop to 32°F (0°C) or below. We recommend adding it to your order if daytime temperatures are below 32°F within the 10 day forecast after placing your order.

What's included in this listing?

• Heat Pack: A 72-hour or 96-hour heat pack, to provide extra warmth during transit.

• Priority/Express Shipping Upgrade: typically 2/3 day shipping upgrade. This may cause your order to be delayed in order to ship out without a weekend delay.

• Provide custom expedited shipping rates for faster delivery.

• Hold your shipment until temperatures improve.

Do I Need a Heat Pack?

• If daytime temperatures are below 32°F within the 10 day forecast after placing your order it is recommended to include one in your order.

Without including a heat pack we are not responsible for damaged shipments due to extreme weather, delays, or storms. Monitoring your local weather conditions is the customer’s responsibility. Adding a heat pack greatly reduces risk and will ensure safe delivery, and we will replace any damaged items only if included with your order. 

If ordered separately we will also combine it with your existing order. Only 1 heat pack needs to be added per order, if your order is large and requires more we will add them as a courtesy free of charge.
